Promote wins Meridian Foods’ consumer PR brief
Nut butter producer Meridian Foods has awarded Promote PR its consumer brief, on the strength of its campaigns for the brand over the past 12 months.
Led by managing director Nasima Hussain, the Promote team will provide media relations, influencer engagement and content creation support for new product launches and the brand’s core range.
It will also be responsible for negotiating and activating key partnerships, including Meridian’s sponsorship of the 2018 Cardiff Half Marathon.
“It was clear from the start that the whole team at Promote is passionate about the brand,” said Sue McIntosh, head of marketing at Meridian Foods. “They strive hard to innovate, creating campaigns that are relevant and engaging to our audiences, so we are front of mind when it comes to the grocery shop.
“Over the last year, they have done a fantastic job in driving brand awareness and we’re excited for the future working with Promote.”
